great location but needs better amenities
The location made it easy to catch a taxi or Uber for late dinners. The room was clean with clear attention to detail in the decor.
However, the amenities were lacking, which impacted my overall comfort.

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy hotel! It’s perfectly located within walking distance to the Centro Historico, packed with theaters and vibrant culture, which made exploring with my granddaughter an absolute joy. The nearby cafes, especially Cielito Lindo, were delightful!
My kids wished for a bigger play area for downtime.

The location is excellent, with easy access to transit and many nearby dining options, making it convenient for solo travelers. However, the doorman's service could be more attentive, and the overall room quality felt neglected during my stay. Additionally, while some vegetarian dishes are available, they didn’t stand out as much as I’d hoped.

Great stay with a few hiccups
I spent 2 nights in a standard single and the location is super convenient, close to transit and shops. The bar/lounge was nice too, but the room had no A/C during a hot season, so we got a fan that barely worked. Staff could be friendlier. Overall, pretty good experience!

The hotel sits in a prime spot between Zona Rosa and Alameda Central, just a short stroll to the Hidalgo Metro Station and within walking distance of Chapultepec Park. Rooms are clean and quiet, with a surprising rooftop garden and pool area that provide a nice escape from the bustle of the city.
While the hotel’s location is fantastic, some rooms feel dated. my air conditioning operated erratically from a distance, making it uncomfortable at times. The elevator's installation might be a work in progress, and you could find yourself waiting for it, so be prepared for a bit of inconvenience. Limited toiletries provided, so bring your own essentials to ensure a comfortable stay.

Great Budget Stay with Charming Rooftop
I enjoyed my two-night stay, especially lounging on the rooftop with stunning city views. The pool was a refreshing escape after a day of exploring. While the room had some wear, staff were friendly. A tip, bring your toiletries, as they provide minimal supplies.

Suitable for solo travelers with a few quirks
The location is excellent, many places to eat and grab breakfast at night. Staff were friendly, especially one bellboy who really helped us out when we needed directions.
It wasn't exactly inexpensive, but it was acceptable for what I needed.

Had a great time with friends! We explored amazing museums and enjoyed picturesque parks. The location is spot on—easy to get to key sites and safe to walk around. Staff was super friendly, always ready to help. Make sure to take a taxi from the airport. it's affordable and way more convenient than public transport. Can't wait to see the rooms after their remodel!
The A/C wasn’t working well during our stay, which made nights a bit uncomfortable. They managed it from a distance, and it was frustrating not having full control over it.
